kingparker Unfortunately, there is no 1 - 800 to call. Only email option is available, and hate it the most. Luckily, I only paid with my credit card, if anything goes wrong, I can dispute that item against the charge.

kingparker They shouldn't give anyone a ticket like that, It wasn't like we are intentionally have a busted brake light bulb in our cars, we just don't know when it was gone out. So, a verbal warning should be enough, and I definitely change it afterward.
