kkk2008 yes yes yes !!! education is far more imp than protecting careers they must be tested over and over again to make sure they update themselves instead of sitting in the staffrooms and gossiping as to whats happening in others houses if not in others...

kkk2008 well, i take oats, brown bread or a fruit in the morning , some good cooked vegetarian meal for lunch with lots of greens and again kind of similar things at the end of the day, junk food is out of my list, and so are aerated drinks, i take herbal tea too...

kkk2008 no problem, understanding comes from discussions and interaction, u r talking of western philosophy and am fond of eastern philosophy, that is the difference. theres a huge difference between the two, tho the essence remains !
