kristenc It is good to release emotions, but not neccessarily through crying. You can scream, run, whatever. But it's NOT good to keep it all pent up inside.

kristenc Eat stuff high in protein. You will gain weight, but it will be lean muscle and not fat. Don't go on an eating binge, it is unhealthy!!! Protein is good for you, and like I said it is lean.

kristenc I live in Alabama, so it is usually shorts and a tshirt during the summer and I do wear pajama bottoms in the winter, but usually still with a tshirt or tank top. I love my pj bottoms!! I usually buy mens though so they will be long enough ( I am 5 foot 10!)
