At present, i smoke 20 to 25 cigarettes a day and i need to quit it as soon as possible. I tried to leave it completely but it didn't worked, it made me quiet sick and i couldn't concentrate on my work!! what should i do ??

oarnamav It normally happens with abnormal thinking persons. They do this idiotness at the right age & feel lonly when all age-mates get enguaged with thier partners. Just to proove a differentness they adopt this track, but repent on the issue after the time...
