Hello fellow mylotters. Lately I've been writing about the mother-in-law. My last post is about her telling lies to friends of my hubby and mine. I was so caught off guard I didn't know what to tell our friends.

Christina Both letting go and holding on can be painful. I've done both and at the end of the day you have to think of yourself and what is healthiest for you. In my personal experience letting go too early is better than holding on too long. It takes a long time to...

Christina I don't think you were necessarily mad but maybe just hurt because your trip mates aren't as excited and putting in the same effort. I would tell them how you feel and ask them if they really want to go....it's a month away you could always try to replace them...

Do you know the best time to step on the bathroom scale in order to keep your weight under control? If you said in the morning you are correct. But did you also know your should do it daily. Yes that's right, it's a great way...

Christina I actually do not agree. Weighing yourself everyday is not good especially if you're trying to lose a significant amount of weight. The number on the scale can fluctuate greatly during the weigh loss process and it is easy to become obsessed with the number...

Christina I disagree slightly. I'm not entirely sure where I stand on gun control. I do think access to guns in the united states needs to be restricted not banned. The reason I said I disagree is because while I don't think guns should be banned I recently watched a...
