ladymaegallardo i usually sleep at around 10 in the evening. but because of my working schedule its like shifting of schedule per week. i sleep anytime as long as i'm vacant and very tired. the feeling is different whenever i sleep in 7-8 hrs. and less than that.

ladymaegallardo its very easy to prepare. you just make a poison of zinc phosphide. you can buy it in any stores. in preparing it, you have to be careful coz its a poison and mix with food. or if theres mice you place flypaper for them to stick on it.
