Hi there! 'm currently having muscle tear which makes me having difficulties in doing things. I would to know is there any quick remedy to relieve the pain?

lamester01 I've rested for 2 days yet, doesnt know why is it the tearing sensation occurs spontaneously which made me intolerable but to consume aspirin to stop the pain thou.

lamester01 I went to see the doctor several times and they prescribed fastum gel thou, yet it doesnt seem to work on me. did some research online, most of it states cold compression treatment or hot water treatment i wonder which is better.

lamester01 I didn't read the episode. Initially, i thought she will not die as she was transformed into a vampire and surprisingly, she can be killed even if she is a vampire.. But I did read it's synopsis for the novel series in wiki before, found it rather interesting...

lamester01 I intended to buy the book but just afraid that i might lose interest in reading and would be placing it at one corner. Yet, i want to know what is going on and just can't wait the show to be broadcast every week.

it was used to be one of my favorite junk food but! ever since i knew that fries was bad for health as it is carcinogenic..

lamester01 but not that we chose to eat fastfood often, but it is that the queues of other food stalls are long and we only had a limited time for lunch and hence we headed to fastfood due to it's shorter queue of people.. =D

lamester01 my lecturer told us that potatoes are good for health but once it is deep-fried it turns out to have a negative effect on health as it turns out to be carcinogenic whereby it really causes cancer..

lamester01 doesn't know how to overcome this phobia. haha. and now even my friends around me kept on reminding me of the carcinogenic and etc about fries when we were having a meal set with fries.. lol

lamester01 i talked to my other friends, one of them suggested to confront that person by telling him about his behaviour and etc. but thinking of the consequences, perhaps once we said all these in front of him, we might not be friends anymore and it might be awkward...
