lammypie Get napisan plus, make a paste with water, apply directly to the stain,hand wash it out, wash as normal. It got a red wine stain out of my sisters shirt that was an old stain. Trust me, I get stains out all the time I have kids!!!

lammypie I suppose because some doctors think if theres no broken bones or you are dying people just waste thier time. Mental illness IS and always will be an emergency in my opinion and body pain is a common symptom, not only in an episode but every day depression....
