I have been stuggling with giving up for along time. I can stop for a few days but feel like I am going crazy and I spend just as much money on soft mints.

lannav I think it is in social situations when I want to smoke, especially when everyone else pops outside for a ciggarette. It is encouraging that ou have no cravings now because I sometimes feel I will crave them forever. Thanks for your advice and well done.
