Regina Rae That's really strange. In order for him to learn English he has to be taught by someone he can fully understand. Someone who speaks both Chinese and English. How does he not know that?

Regina Rae the medical staff at my local hospital have always been very kind and helpful. sometimes they are a bit...incompetent, and that can cause some minor problems, but i don't think i've ever met a rude staff member there.
