xenoyosh A month won't cut it. You need at least 5-6 months before you can start having a good ab. It depends on the flab that is covering it right now. Your best bet is to do a lot of cardio exercises to burn off as much fat as possible so you can expose your abs....

amorlife1 Xenyosh is absolutely correct. One month just won't make a difference. The secret is to keep at it. Most people don't get this, and that's why they join the gym for a month and when nothing happens after a month, they quit. And cardio is really a great way...
