louisejune29 i gain a lot because i eat plenty of rice, meats and junk foods. now i loose weight i drink plenty of water, less rice or carbohydrates, more vegetables and fish,less meat.i do exercise also simple but effective.

louisejune29 for me its not normal if you are inlove to someonelse, its normal to admire 1person or you have a crush on him or her but if you love him/her that is a big problem. respect your wife/husband love them with all your heart.trust one another be honest.
