lt1z28chic The way I keep mine white, even after all the cigarettes, coffee & soda DAILY, is buy crest white strips, 7 day, 10 day or 14 day, it doesn't matter which, use them AS directed, 2 x a day & make sure you finish the whole treatment even when you start noticing...

lt1z28chic I would rather go to the beach. I love the outdoors an nature. You can't walk down the beach in a pull. It always makes if more fun with the waves an all. I haven't been to the beach in years! I live is MO, so getting to an ocean is a pretty far adventure
