How do you sneak in excercise every day?

I try to do squats as I fold clothes coming out of the dryer and lunges as I sweep. Another trick I use is standing instead of sitting whenever possible. Do you have any other tricks I can use?

stacyv81 some ground beef, and some macaroni and cheese, works everytime, good meal, inexpensive! Depending on the meat you buy and the kind of mac and cheese you use, I usually use the shells and cheese, but the store brand of shells and cheese is a lot cheaper....

I have just planted our garden. Wheeew! hard work, but sooo rewarding. I was just wondering if any one else plans to depend on thier garden for veggies? I can't wait for those peas!
