luvamit Discrimination against pregnant women at work place is wrong until its real discrimination. Otherwise many people see the care taken of the pregnant women in office is taken as discrimination and in such situation, its not a discrimination.

luvamit Yes I think you are right. Adoption is really wonderfull option for the parents who can't have baby do that they can have one or as they want. Also the child without parents would have parents.
