m_sm1982 well, I sometimes do some self talk especially when Im concentrating on something and my environment is so noisy. I'm too shy to shut them up but its my way of avoiding being disturbed by my surroundings.

m_sm1982 My most liked part of our house is the kitchen, I like to keep it clean and who never liked it? I love to wash the dishes and Im very meticulous on it. But the most important thing I like in the kitchen, is to cook, though I'm not good at it.

m_sm1982 I dont really skip meals...but sometimes I really can't help it, especially when I'm work. But I really tried to eat meals on time. But I guess it's okay to skip meals as long as you will eat when you're hungry. Thats the most important thing for me.
