Do you lay out in the sun or go to the tanning bed to get your tan? Or do you do both? I do both because my skin disorder. Either way to much sun is dangerous and so is the tanning bed. But what one do you thing is better?

madmax2crazy if you live in the states you pretty much have to buy the seeds and grow your own since the fruit isn't harvested and sold on the market, mostly just eaten by the locals.
