honestly, i don't like snail mail..from the word itself, it will take you ages before you receive a letter..not unless it's an express mail..but still nothing is faster than email as far as i know..but there are still transactions...

i handle conflict by being calm..because when you're calm you can think well and you can avoid being judgmental to people..it is also very important to listen to what the involved parties have to say so you would know what causes...

malens yes,i still use handkerchief..it's been a part of cleanliness..i love handkerchiefs with simple designs and pastel colored ones..i feel more comfortable using it than tissue papers..tissue papers are really my last option if ever i forgot my hankies..lol
