malikaherath I just like to give you some idea about eating fruits. It's better to consume fruits before any meal than after meal to get the maximum benefits from it. And you need to have four to five servings of fruits for a day for healthy living.

malikaherath If you have very oily skin it's much better to wash your face in between morning and night to remove excessive oil that means you need wash your face more than two times a day. That is more advisable :)

malikaherath I agree with rajanarora and people don't take this as serious and sometimes only they wash for food but not during the day when they touch some dirt. And this is not limited to developing countries but also bad habit for people in develop countries as well....
