I got them in the veggie box i get. I cut thrm up small added oil, salt and pepper then baked them.
I didnt like parsnips before but they are pretty good todsy.

My dad made some of them yesterday and i have been eating them for snacks every time. i put some sugar to it though since i think tastes better.
