mari61960 I would think that it would help if you brushed your teeth right after eating, it may help. If brushing isn't possible swishing warm water in your mouth should help at least until you can brush. I'm no dentist.. lol but it seems to make sense to me. Good...

mari61960 I still wear a wrist watch, although it's very annoying when it is hot and humid. My wrist sweats and itches..lol I have a cell phone but it is such a habit to wear a watch. I think I'll give a try again, not wearing it till fall.
