So, I got my son to the dr. Our physicians office is pretty much very efficient. Sons appt was at 10am and he was taken back at about 10:10. First stop is where they weigh you, take blood pressure, check for temp and ask why...

I know it seems early but I enjoy an early supper and then a snack around 7pm. I will be having baked potatoes which I put in my crock pot which takes about 2 hours or so. I like using the crock pot for this so that I don't heat...
