I love a good, stinky cheese with a nice glass of red wine. tellagio, manchego, any ripe blue cheese like Stilton. I also like morbeir which is not that strong but a good accompianmint to softer cheeses. what do you think?

mattwolves I really love blue cheese and my wife and kids winge at me because they say its really stinky. Thankfully I do have one or two friends that enjoy stinky cheese as well. When we go out to eat, after the main meal, I always order the cheese board for dessert....
