@mayka123 Most of my work is only online so I am with my computer for nearly 12 hours a day. Once I shut down the comp I try and shut down other devices too for peace of mind.

@mayka123 Just for fun you could try with ChatGPT once. When I am bored I ask Chatgpt all sorts of questions. Sometimes I even say that I am bored so please tell me some jokes. And I spend 5/10 minutes reading jokes and then again resume my work.
