melann982003 I was on a anti depressant about 5 years ago. I had a lot going on in my life. I had a aunt in the hospital dying, my job was stressful. They made me feel almost normal. I was on them about a year. The doctor weaned me off of them and I have been fine since.

melann982003 You can check out Dollar General. They have some scrapbooking supplies. I do alot of rubber stamping so I make alot of my own patterned paper, by random stamping on it.
