meowhisper I did try having a routine and schedule but it was difficult for me. Of course being flexible is important. I try to make my task into a game so it's more fun so I'm able to accomplish more.

meowhisper @dya80dya limiting beliefs are deeply rooted in the subconscious mind. Pinterest has lots of ideas and YouTube too on how to let go of limiting beliefs. It's not easy overcoming limiting beliefs especially finding out the root of cause. But it can be done.
