mommyathome I would offer anywhere between $10,000 - $15,000 thousand less than the asking price. This gives you some room to increase the offer if necessary. With the market as bad as it is tight now, you may get lucky and the seller accept your first offer! Good Luck!

mommyathome I try to feed my son at least three times a day. I say try because he is a very picky eater and will only eats when he wants to. Some days he gets three meals in and other days I am luck if I get him to eat one meal.

mommyathome I do not have any credit cards simply because I ran into a issue a few years ago that I was using creidt to pay for food and montly bills. It got out of hand real quick. I payed off the credit cards and closed the accounts. I now pay with cash at all times.

mommyathome I really wish mylot would pay more. They should come up with a fiexed pay rate they can either base it on the number of words, or maybe base it on the posters rating or something like that.
