ms1323 I love Pogo! I almost exclusively play Turbo 21. I don't do tournaments and I'm not a member, I get what I want for free, so why pay? My husband and I have been playing Pogo for years, although I think I now play a lot more than he does.

ms1323 Yes, you should try sit-ups, but also work on your obliques. These exercises target the "love handle" area and help pull it all back together. Here's a link that can help or you can just do a search and find some other helpfull exercises. Good luck!
