mukesh_999 I think to an extent you are correct. I have also seen cases where companies are loosing their customers because of poor customer service from the outsourced vendors. But I think its not the talent that is lacking in India. Its the way the people are recruited...

mukesh_999 Microwave definately. melting choclate in a microwave is so simple it does wawy with the need for a double boiler, microwave it is at 50% (medium) for 2 and a half minutes.
