n0d4m0r I Think BitDefender. This antivirus have a rootkit detection. With this,you can detect and block virus without updating your antivirus definition file.

n0d4m0r For Protect virus, trojan and spyware i use BitDefender Internet Security. BitDefender Internet Security have a rootkit scanner. With this, you can detect new virus without updating a virus definition file.
