natuser28 No. The first child is not his forsure, becasue he met his ex when she already had the first child. The second child is definety his. Plus we live in California so the laws are screwy here.

natuser28 Good observation Crystal. But yes, the father have to dictate if he wasn't married to the mother of his child in where the money spend. Since he's doesn't have to pay alimony, the money should and should only take care of the child.

natuser28 YEs, i believe in free speech as well. I just get irriated when they fell since they have celebrity statics, it give them the right to impose their views versus a common person off the streets.
