nehenderson Freeezing chicken is a very safe way to store it. Freezing doesnot change the taste or texture of chicken if it is frozen properly and kept frozen at the proper temperature.

nehenderson I think everyone who uses herbs and spices do so to make their food better tasting. I know I do. I like fresh herbs if I have them but more often use dried ones.
