neilgian i just have a simple answer to this one. Just always have a positive outlook and dont let yourself be affected by the tension people are having around you. Dont put too much pressure on your shoulder. Do you know the stress ball? it helps somehow... lol

neilgian i love this movie! it's great, highly recommended to kids and kids at heart. Worth to be watched at the big screen.. after the movie, it inspired me more to do cooking...hmmm, how i wish i could do a lot better
