Paddy I'm a total introvert, and love my own space. I actually find being around people, especially a lot of people quite draining and the only way to recharge is to not be around people for a while.

Paddy I like sweet potatoes, generally I like to have them roasted. I cut them into small cubes and season them with whatever spices I feel like at the time. Then I just put them on an oven tray with some oil. I have an airfryer, I should really try it with that.
