Even though someone can do it anytime in a day but if you do it when sun is rising it is super beneficial i can tell this because of my experience. The athletes like me prefer it early morning.

Paul Gonzales Yes, it is more beneficial personally I have also had experience it was my weight loss journey. I lose weight from 120kg to 80kg seriously those who want to lose weight morning is the best time to do exercises.

Paul Gonzales Drink lemon warm water in the morning. Reduce carbs from your diet. If possible try keto diet once it is one of the best diets to fat loss. Do abs exercise thrice in a week. Hope this works for you. Thank you!
