Any one else have bad insomnia? I haven’t been able to sleep for the past week. Any recommendations that can help? Warm milk and melatonin don’t work.

Epi It’s like an underground shelter made of metal and concrete. Normally, it’s set as part of a basement.

Epi @Hanbinandaeyo it’s similar to play a recorder that grade kid use in music class. Fingers cover holes and as the move different notes come out.

Epi It’s the same here. The lockdown has everyone stuck; those with medical issues are in even a worse situation because they are getting fired.
