Any one else have bad insomnia? I haven’t been able to sleep for the past week. Any recommendations that can help? Warm milk and melatonin don’t work.

Denise @Peppyepi But you have to tuck in your lower lip and make a tight seal around the mouthpiece with your lips so the reed will vibrate. It's a lot harder than a recorder but the fingering is the same idea.
