SomeCowgirl Try Dove soap. It's more silky, yes the bar soap! Just cake it on your face with as little water as possible and leave it on their for awhile. It got rid of an acne break out for me.

cobrateacher Sissygirl's rght -- toothpaste will do it. Don't allow it to get on too much of the surrounding skin, though, because it can cause the skin to peel and blister.
