peterjtd i do full scan once a week. but quick scan twice a week or every time i connect mp4 player, pen drive & mobile.i normaly also get a warning sign from norton. well its good if you do it frequently . precaution is better than cure.

peterjtd drinking water in the morning is good. it is fine if you drink before brushing, as my dad used to tell me to do so. you will notice that your internal system will be cleared well.drinking afterwards will help, but not as the first one.

peterjtd it is inded very hard to make $10. but i have a site thats pays for doing surveys, it initially pays you $27, but minimum pay out is $75. you can get that amount by sending ivitation to your friend.its kind of slow process,but the site is genuine
