Mara Lam I've heard of a story where a hospital stopped using a certain operating room since there would always be "weird" incidents happening. Things would move or go missing. They stopped using it when a patient almost died.

Mara Lam Indeed. This happens most of the time and could happen to anyone. At times people tend to focus on one particular problem such as paying the bills or loan that they don't notice the little things around them.
