qiurijingling2007 I have often do that.Also i realize it is not a good habit,it should be discarded.And i hope i can get a good hadbit when i was stressed.For example,i hope i can choose to run or have a chat with my friends.

qiurijingling2007 If there are guests dining on the table,my parents do not allow us to leave.But i must to leave i will say sorry to the guests.If it is merely my families eating,there is not so much rules.
