raisinwine I drink coffee only when I'm very sleepy and need to keep awake for some important reasons. It helps a little but taking two cup of it makes my heart beats faster. I also feel a bit nervous or tense even without any reason.

raisinwine Sometimes we cannot avoid to call received call even when at work. It is because emergency case happens. But if you really don't want to be disturb then simply set your cellphone ring tone to silent. So that, it won't get your attention while working.
