Positively using waiting time

We spend lot of time waiting for train, bus and other transportation for reaching our college or office. How we can manage that waiting time positively? Do you have any suggestion ?

Sky Download something from the internet and learn. for example language learning course or some other course. and then slowly learn things along the way.
