rebecca1957 We shouldn't be all about ourselves, but think of others as well. It would be best to accept a reduction in pay to save several jobs rather than a slight increase for yourself.

rebecca1957 I thought for sure that Brooke would be voted off and my husband thought it should be Jason. Brooke has to be the one to be kicked off next week. That will leave one girl and 3 boys. I think the final will be between the 2 Davids.

rebecca1957 It depends on what you like for a smoothie and the time of year. I like blending kefir, yogurt, strawberries and bananas together. I usually add just a little bit of honey or organic sugar and skim milk to get the right consistency.

rebecca1957 What methods have you used? I avoid the doctor as much as I can. I grow a number of my own herbs which I usually use for cooking. Since I'm an organic farmer and have a lot of resources I'm curious about some natural remedies from allergies to headaches etc.
