regal_aeros I'm so glad there is a post like this. It just encourages me. Sometimes it does get a little demoralizing when you don't see the big big amounts rolling in. And we tend to forget the other aspect of mylotting - making new friends and learning new things.

regal_aeros wao.. you really look after yourself. as for me, no i don't check my diet. i just EAT!!! and when i feel like i fill my clothes, i know it's time to diet. And then i watch what i eat and how much i eat. i normally just cut down on carbs and chocolates.
