rodnic12 Just make good friends that you feel has great conversation. Then always comment on there questions and hopefully they'll do the same. Then make at least 12 to 15 discussions of your own, that really catches your attention. Then try to aim for 100 comments...

rodnic12 I also was on an employment site and seen the same information. I didn't apply because they asked way to many questions. I think there are good sites, you just have to find them. Good Luck.
