What's a car that will alert you when any brake lights, turn signals,etc go out?

I am so sick of getting pulled over for stuff I can't prevent untill its to late. Such as brake lights out or turn signals out. I am trying to get a vehicle that will alert you as soon as these things occur.

Motherboard model is m26-gt3-svp a03, installed software still no net adapter

I have installed the chipset software for the above given motherboard numerous times and still there is no network adapter in device manager. Any ideas on how to specifically find the network adapter for that motherboard?
