randomosity_prevails I love baking my own bread, I've never been lucky enough to have a bread maker but it's so easy to do by hand as well. Usually I just make plain rolls, loaves or baguettes, either white or wholemeal. Sometimes, I add some cheese to the dough, or I make a greek...
