saisudhamani I never feel lonely, I am always busy with my children and husband and I always pre occupied with them and so I never feel lonely. when Ever I am alone books are my best friends.

saisudhamani I do wash my cloths daily when the sevant wont come I wash my cloths and my children and dry them and I will iron the cloths. It is a good exercise for me to do the household work and I will be tiring also and I get sound sleep.

saisudhamani I read a book, when I read a book I automatically get sleep. I never take and drink coffee or tea before going to bed. When I am tired I will get sound sleep.
