sazhikibuta Wheew that's scary huh!.. My child is only 3yrs. old that's why most of the time that we go out i still carry him (eventhough he's heavy) or he just walks beside me but i make sure that he's holding my hand...we'll never know when accidents come right?!! So...

In my opinion each and everyone has it's own unique way of understanding each people's attributes.But for me we should forgive them as GOD does. In that way you can easily moved on and no more hatred feelings.

sazhikibuta maybe you should first see a doctor and take your medication before you go hiking for you to be able to enjoy it without feeling the pain in your neck and lumbar. hiking is also a good exercise...goodluck.
